The Little Giant SPBS-1HF allows a homeowner to backup their existing sump pump and includes a 1 Amp battery charger, 2520 gph 12-volt backup pump, diaphragm switch, pipe fittings, and battery box all in one package. (Primary pump and battery not included; recommend 12VDC deep cycle battery, lead acid or AGM.) The system will turn on if the primary pump should fail or if power is not available. An audible alarm sounds when the backup system is activated.
